19 pictures forgotten by everyone and cut off from the world of a village in Haiti, where there is not even light

In the depths of the island of Haiti, there is the forgotten village of Bukan Ferdinand, in which people still live. More than ten years ago, it was cut off from civilization: in 2004 a flood hit the island, which eroded the only road leading to the nearest city. And in 2010, an earthquake occurred, from which the country still can not recover. Around the same time, electricity stopped working here. Many residents left the village, some of them fled to the neighboring Dominican Republic, however, people who hope for an improvement in their living conditions still live here.
